I've booked suite for a family weekend and everything was great. There were a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator. The location was favourable and peaceful, close to expressway.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. We chose the hotel for its good location in relation to JFK Airport. The travel time is 40 to 50 minutes during the rush hour, which is probably always in New York/Long Island. On the other hand, we wanted to end our vacation on Long Island to see and enjoy the fabulously endless white sandy beaches of Long Island (travel time here about 30 minutes). The breakfast with lots of fruit and numerous omelettes and egg dishes is also very good. With us, the breakfast was included in the price. If not, however, it is adequately paid with a price of $ 14.95.

The staff at the reception was not very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately the silicone on the bathtub had already caused mould to grow in some places.

Conveniently located near Jericho Turnpike, making it easy to get around. It's spacious enough for a family weekend, which was perfect 👌.

Need a better remote for tv, like an actual cable or verizon one because there was no guide to tell what was on so u had to click on every channel and try to figure out what the show was. Other than that the place was perfect.

The first lady that came to start the arrival information. She was extremely rude with a terrible attitude and should not be working behind the customer service desk. She was actually the only negative part of our stay. The person that actually did my check in was absolutely wonderful and friendly as can be. I wish I had the name of the nasty person I originally dealt with.

The inside areas here have a great location, and the breakfast offers a tasty selection of food.

As with all Hilton Garden Inns, rooms are clean, comfortable and easily accommodates 3-4 people.
